There is a long distance between adult education and children education; there are different methods, needs, motivation, challenges, difficulties and advantage. As facilitators it is necessary to understand the differences and to start implementing methods according to the age of learners.
This article presents: AGES (Attention-Generation-Emotion-Spacing) that is a model proposed by Lila Davachi from Associate Professor of Psychology at New York University; moreover, it is considered highly effective implementing the four elements (Attention-Generation-Emotion-Spacing) that are essential in adult learning. Definitely, the article will help facilitators to: -Attention: be aware of its importance and the negatively use of multitask -Generation: be aware of the use of working memory, self- directed learning, selective manner… -Emotion: the impart of emotions for creating meaningful memories -Spacing: the limitations of getting information *each one of the elements has extra link to go depthly in the research.

I find this article quite interesting, as it serves as a reminder that as teachers we need to keep innovating the way we educate. We can't keep using the same archaic methods from the last century, by using technology we can achive bigger advances in not only investigation but also education.

Education has had a fairly notable evolution with the use of technology, recognizing that there are differences that characterize each individual and that by recognizing these differences we understand inclusion and along with it goes the technology that supports us to change in order to generate significant changes and challenges in learning, content, proximity and teaching. The future of education lies in teaching about creativity, innovation, problem solving and understanding that we are and are going for an era of evolution.

The article focuses on transforming the current educational system that was implemented in the 1900's using new technology integration. Technology has the ability to use differentiation in each individual student.

What Is eLearning? eLearning is any kind of learning that includes technology to help the learner. This can include videos, touch screen technology, online tools, or any other kind of media. What most people don’t realise about eLearning is that it can happen right in the classroom. The term just refers to the tools used. That being said, eLearning can be used when teacher and student are separated too. What is distance learning? Distance learning, as the term implies, is where the student and the teacher are separated. This is usually used in more formal settings, and one party is usually present. This is more often than not the teacher, who is delivering a class to the students who are present. This type of learning is particularly useful when one student cannot be there physically, due to illness or distance.

"If the two concepts are so different, what does that mean for you? Well, it means that you have a lot of options when it comes to creating your own learning materials. Gone are the days of creating worksheets and relying on PowerPoint presentations. You can now create materials to encourage learners to actually lean in and get involved with what’s happening."
